  • Payment information: processed securely through Stripe; Mode does not store full credit-card details.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Manage your membership, bookings, and billing.
  • Communicate class updates, schedule changes, and service announcements.
  • Improve our services and studio experience.

We may also send you occasional marketing updates about Mode events or offers. You can opt out at any time by clicking Unsubscribe or contacting us directly.

3. Payment Processing & Third Parties

Stripe processes all online payments on our behalf. Stripe is PCI DSS-compliant and uses secure encryption. Your payment details are never stored or accessible by Mode.

Momence is our customer-management platform for scheduling, bookings, and communications. Your contact and membership data are securely stored within Momence’s system.

We do not sell or rent personal data to any third parties. We only share information when required to complete transactions, deliver services, or comply with New Zealand law.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely within Momence and Stripe’s encrypted cloud systems and may be processed outside New Zealand. We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from loss, misuse, unauthorised access, disclosure, or alteration.

  • Access the personal information we hold about you.
  • Request correction of inaccurate or outdated details.
