Structured treadmill and strength training designed to meet you where you are and help you build from there.
NURTURE & FLOW
Controlled, lower-intensity training with purpose. Walking and incline treadmill work paired with tempo strength, posture drills, and core stability. Parent-friendly and baby-welcome, but open to anyone wanting smart recovery, movement quality, and steady strength development.
FOUNDATION
The best place to start at MODE. Longer treadmill efforts with built-in recovery, followed by simple dumbbell strength work like squats, lunges, presses, rows, and core. Lower intensity, clear structure, and plenty of coaching.
SIGNATURE
Our highest-output training session. Fast treadmill efforts combined with timed strength blocks using dumbbells and bodyweight. Rotating upper, lower, and full-body sessions keep intensity high while managing fatigue and building real performance.
SHIFT
MODE’s focused performance session. Each class has a clear training priority: either speed-based treadmill work or heavier strength blocks like push, pull, hinge, lunge, and loaded carries. Structured recovery and repeatable progressions build power, strength, and athletic capacity.
LOCK IN YOUR TRAINING.
Choose the option that fits your rhythm. Memberships are best for consistency. Packs give you more flexibility.
Billed weekly. 28-day minimum commitment. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current 28-day cycle.
Best for members training 3+ times a week and wanting the simplest way to stay consistent.
